I am writing regarding order #ORD-3786-EUU-8530 placed with Quality Production Systems Inc. on August 29, 1971. I paid $176.6 for plan, but when it arrived, I discovered has poor quality. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Adelia K. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

After my initial complaint, Quality Production Systems Inc. contacted me to troubleshoot the router. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
