I am writing regarding order #ORD-9042-RKE-6742 placed with CapitalReserve on May 17, 2010. I paid $93.54 for system, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Florence K. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

After speaking with Karen Jackson from the Product Support at CapitalReserve, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
