I want to report a serious concern with Savings of Pinnacle's plan that I purchased on October 28, 2007 from your Johannashire, Hawaii store. The product has has a manufacturing defect despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Virginia O., but my issue remains unresolved.
