I have been a loyal customer of Savings of Pinnacle for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered application (order #ORD-5042-NBB-4029) on December 12, 1983, and have encountered is missing essential components. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I appreciate Savings of Pinnacle reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement headphones has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
