I am writing regarding order #ORD-9834-HCB-9506 placed with Savings of Pinnacle on April 22, 2016. I paid $932.90 for package, but when it arrived, I discovered received incorrect information. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Althea R. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I want to acknowledge that Savings of Pinnacle has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $76.69 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $76.69 for a television that never worked properly.
