I purchased a accessory from Elite Development Professionals Enterprises on November 29, 2013. Shortly after using it, I experienced doesn't work as advertised. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Peggie U. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I'm updating my complaint because Elite Development Professionals Enterprises finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the headphones, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
