I want to report a serious concern with Premium Retreat Getaways's plan that I purchased on June 24, 1991 from your Spinkaland, Rhode Island store. The product has faced system outages despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Nestor N., but my issue remains unresolved.

I've received an email from Jordan Thomas at Premium Retreat Getaways offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The sweater was clearly defective from the start.
