I am writing regarding order #ORD-4407-UMH-7711 placed with Golden Accommodations & International Semarang Holdings on October 2, 2017. I paid $45.71 for membership, but when it arrived, I discovered is not compatible as claimed. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Amari S. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I'm updating my complaint because Golden Accommodations & International Semarang Holdings finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the fitness tracker, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
