I purchased a unit from Golden Accommodations & International Semarang Holdings on February 11, 2016. Shortly after using it, I experienced has poor quality. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Gabriel R. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Golden Accommodations & International Semarang Holdings has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their maintenance contract.
