I am writing regarding order #ORD-8459-NUC-6713 placed with Builders & Systems Ltd. on June 18, 2018. I paid $201.43 for application, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Rowland D. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
