Poor customer service experience with Excel Invest Inc.

I want to report a serious concern with Excel Invest Inc.'s solution that I purchased on January 28, 1978 from your West Milton, Tennessee store. The product has has a manufacturing defect despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Jadon Z., but my issue remains unresolved.
