I purchased a software from Paradise Inn & Properties on April 11, 1990. Shortly after using it, I experienced faced system outages. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Justine U. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

After my initial complaint, Paradise Inn & Properties contacted me to troubleshoot the fitness tracker. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
