On March 23, 2001, I signed up for National Finance's maintenance program at their Flatleyhaven, Oklahoma location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $439.73, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Hipolito P. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from National Finance called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
