I purchased a application from National Finance on April 29, 2022. Shortly after using it, I experienced received incorrect information. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Fanny N. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

May 13, 2025 06:10I appreciate National Finance reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement wireless speaker has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
