On September 12, 2018, I signed up for Liberty Venture Management's premium plan at their North Annamarie, Virginia location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $280.68, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Vella X. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

Apr 29, 2025 05:17Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $426.98 refund only covers part of what I paid for the delivery service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
