I want to report a serious concern with Ultra-Materials Daegu Group's membership that I purchased on November 1, 1990 from your Paytonside, Connecticut store. The product has arrived significantly late despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Melyssa T., but my issue remains unresolved.
