I want to report a serious concern with The Classic Retreat's system that I purchased on March 16, 1997 from your New Rudolph, Montana store. The product has arrived significantly late despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Anastasia G., but my issue remains unresolved.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, The Classic Retreat has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their customization service.
