Poor customer service experience with The Classic Retreat

I want to report a serious concern with The Classic Retreat's system that I purchased on March 16, 1997 from your New Rudolph, Montana store. The product has arrived significantly late despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Anastasia G., but my issue remains unresolved.
