I have been a loyal customer of Machine & Industries International for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered subscription (order #ORD-8096-MUJ-8691) on April 12, 1982, and have encountered faced system outages. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
