Unresolved issue with Asset Solutions product

I am writing regarding order #ORD-7695-ZFU-4655 placed with Asset Solutions on July 9, 2006. I paid $45.76 for system, but when it arrived, I discovered discovered hidden fees. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Jarod Q. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

Apr 26, 2025 05:54I want to acknowledge that Asset Solutions has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $442.56 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $442.56 for a router that never worked properly.
