I purchased a product from Asset Solutions on March 16, 2014. Shortly after using it, I experienced encountered rude staff. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Lenore K. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
