I'm writing to complain about the delivery service I received from Golden Retreat & International. After paying $482.37 for subscription, I found that it is not compatible as claimed. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Serenity U., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

I appreciate Golden Retreat & International reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement winter coat has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
