I want to report a serious concern with Superior-Properties's service that I purchased on December 15, 1987 from your Agustinaview, Washington store. The product has experienced frequent disconnections despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Shanna M., but my issue remains unresolved.
