Superior-Properties refused to address issue

I'm writing to complain about the return process I received from Superior-Properties. After paying $894.9 for unit, I found that it experienced long delays. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Jerel R., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

May 12, 2025 05:27Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $150.59 refund only covers part of what I paid for the design service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
