I purchased a plan from Wealth of Heritage on May 10, 2017. Shortly after using it, I experienced couldn't access my account. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Louie A. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

May 17, 2025 05:12I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The smartphone from Wealth of Heritage not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
