I am writing regarding order #ORD-5276-CYG-2256 placed with Integrity Fiscal International Zapopan Holdings on August 4, 2015. I paid $651.87 for tool, but when it arrived, I discovered was denied a refund. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Monroe I. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

After speaking with Susan Clark from the Quality Assurance at Integrity Fiscal International Zapopan Holdings, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
