I want to report a serious concern with Tech & Alliance's product that I purchased on April 23, 2001 from your Beerton, Utah store. The product has arrived significantly late despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Jamison T., but my issue remains unresolved.
