I want to report a serious concern with First & Services Inc.'s equipment that I purchased on August 20, 2000 from your South Gladysfort, Oklahoma store. The product has received incorrect information despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Orlo T., but my issue remains unresolved.
