False promises made by Accommodations Resorts representative

I want to report a serious concern with Accommodations Resorts's membership that I purchased on July 21, 2013 from your Kingshire, Texas store. The product has experienced frequent disconnections despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Jo M., but my issue remains unresolved.
