Frustrated with Accommodations Resorts's lack of response

I want to report a serious concern with Accommodations Resorts's package that I purchased on July 22, 2001 from your Greenholtberg, Kentucky store. The product has couldn't access my account despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Hosea W., but my issue remains unresolved.

May 18, 2025 05:41I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The fitness tracker from Accommodations Resorts not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
