I purchased a product from The Classic Oasis Ltd. on December 2, 2022. Shortly after using it, I experienced couldn't access my account. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Houston P. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I want to acknowledge that The Classic Oasis Ltd. has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $446.19 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $446.19 for a jeans that never worked properly.
