Unresolved issue with Oasis Hospitality product

I want to report a serious concern with Oasis Hospitality's equipment that I purchased on June 3, 1987 from your South Malinda, Mississippi store. The product has encountered rude staff despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Watson P., but my issue remains unresolved.
