Complaint Details

I have been a loyal customer of Unified Components Manufacturing for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered service (order #ORD-6190-SOP-3154) on December 9, 2020, and have encountered was denied a refund. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The gaming console from Unified Components Manufacturing not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
