I purchased a membership from Prosperity & Services on June 10, 1970. Shortly after using it, I experienced has poor quality. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Kitty D. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from Prosperity & Services called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
