I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Roselyn Y. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

May 15, 2025 05:56I want to acknowledge that Modern Engineering & Sons has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $15.72 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $15.72 for a headphones that never worked properly.
