Warranty claim denied by Steel-Assembly
Complaint Details
On November 23, 1987, I signed up for Steel-Assembly's repair service at their Ratkeview, Virginia location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $192.28, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Zula L. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
