On October 29, 2005, I signed up for Steel-Assembly's installation service at their South Bernadette, South Dakota location. I was told that the service would include platform, but after paying $186.45, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Sydnie F. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

May 16, 2025 06:08I want to acknowledge that Steel-Assembly has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $307.34 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $307.34 for a wireless speaker that never worked properly.
