On June 25, 2009, I signed up for Steel-Assembly's return process at their West Curtis, Michigan location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $409.91, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Kari D. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
