I want to report a serious concern with Bank Holdings's service that I purchased on January 23, 1990 from your Kellenton, California store. The product has arrived significantly late despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Javon A., but my issue remains unresolved.

I appreciate Bank Holdings reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement headphones has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
