I'm writing to complain about the customer support I received from Money International Enterprises. After paying $788.65 for service, I found that it has a manufacturing defect. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Lottie F., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

After speaking with Linda Wilson from the Consumer Affairs at Money International Enterprises, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
