I have been a loyal customer of Mega Factories Inc for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered membership (order #ORD-7295-NDB-6518) on February 6, 2021, and have encountered faced system outages. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

It's now been 4 days since my initial complaint, and Mega Factories Inc still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their loyalty program.
