On October 30, 2019, I signed up for Mega Factories Inc's warranty service at their Guyshire, Vermont location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $355.84, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Karlie X. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $84.97 refund only covers part of what I paid for the design service, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
