I have been a loyal customer of Manufacturing & Builders Ipoh for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered subscription (order #ORD-2665-NYT-9198) on December 5, 2000, and have encountered received incorrect information. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I want to acknowledge that Manufacturing & Builders Ipoh has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $27.54 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $27.54 for a smartwatch that never worked properly.
