I purchased a plan from Trust & Partners on January 3, 1976. Shortly after using it, I experienced discovered hidden fees. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Consuelo B. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
