False promises made by Trust & Partners representative

I purchased a subscription from Trust & Partners on July 4, 2018. Shortly after using it, I experienced was promised features that don't exist. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Fritz J. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
