Reserve of Summit International provided defective product

The situation with Reserve of Summit International has gotten worse. Now they're claiming I never purchased the premium membership, despite me providing the receipt and reference number REF-153E7487 multiple times.

After a thorough investigation of your complaint, our technical team has confirmed that there was indeed a manufacturing defect in the batch produced on May 14, 2025.
