Credit card dispute with Reserve of Summit International

I want to report a serious concern with Reserve of Summit International's gadget that I purchased on October 31, 1979 from your Grantmouth, Mississippi store. The product has experienced long delays despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Ivah Z., but my issue remains unresolved.
