I want to report a serious concern with Reserve of Summit International's application that I purchased on October 31, 1988 from your Brooksshire, Florida store. The product has has a manufacturing defect despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Reid B., but my issue remains unresolved.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Reserve of Summit International has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their personal shopping service.
