I have been a loyal customer of Mega Materials Incorporated for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered accessory (order #ORD-8276-LII-5542) on January 11, 2021, and have encountered stopped working after two weeks. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

May 05, 2025 05:19I want to acknowledge that Mega Materials Incorporated has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $114.19 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $114.19 for a tablet that never worked properly.
