I want to report a serious concern with Mega Materials Incorporated's unit that I purchased on October 16, 2011 from your New Rickyburgh, Missouri store. The product has is not compatible as claimed despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Gregoria H., but my issue remains unresolved.
