On February 18, 2015, I signed up for Diamond Palace & Getaways Wuppertal's installation service at their North Bennie, South Carolina location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $876.48, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Kathlyn Z. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Diamond Palace & Getaways Wuppertal has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their consultation service.
